1/Concentrate in the muscle during exercise:

The sleep period is the best period during which the body will rebuild the muscles, in addition to sleeping resting the body and providing it with energy for the next day, so the lack of hours of sleep required every day leads to a slow movement of the muscles, and there will not be enough energy to perform the exercises.

  • Smoking:It severely weakens the circulatory system and lungs.
  • Soft drinks: It leads to osteoporosis and weight gain, and it also contains large amounts of caffeine, which is considered harmful if you increase it.
  •  fast food: It contains large amounts of harmful fats and cholesterol, and hence will lead to weight gain.
